Coronavirus Update – January 2022

As with many places, masks have been mandatory in veterinary practices since 30th November. Please continue to wear a face mask, or secure covering inside the practice – this includes over your nose and mouth.

COVID continues to circulate, and we want to make sure our teams can be there for your pets.

Please do talk to us prior to visiting if this is an issue, and provisions will be made so that we can still see your pet.

Many workplaces are being affected by staff illness due to Covid- we are no different. Sadly this means we may have to close branches at short notice, or rearrange routine appointments and treatment.

This is not something we want to do, but doing so allows us to be able to help the animals who need us most – we will always be here for you if your pet is hurt or unwell.

Many of our team have worked extra hours, days off and different roles, especially over the last couple of weeks, to make sure we are there when you need us so please be kind if we have to rearrange your appointment.

Let’s make sure we all continue to stay well, stay open and stay safe. Thank you to all our amazing clients for being understanding and supportive to our team members.
